As Founder of Bespoke Senior Services, Gracie is dedicated to guiding seniors and families through one of life's most important transitions with compassion, clarity, and dignity.
Her journey into this work began long before her professional career, when she became a caregiver and advocate for both of her parents during their health challenges. Those experiences showed her firsthand the importance of dignity, compassion, expertise, and unwavering support in times of need.
Professionally, she brings decades of experience in sales and business development across residential real estate, healthcare, and senior living. As a Certified Senior Advisor® and Certified Dementia Practitioner®, she combines industry expertise with heartfelt advocacy to help families find not just a place to live, but a community where life can truly thrive.
Chief Encouragement Officer (CEO)
Lucy takes her role very seriously; which mostly involves tail wags, couch cuddles, and reminders to take play breaks.
With a background in fetching tennis balls and an advanced degree in Treat Negotiations, she brings joy, encouragement, and plenty of puppy kisses to the team.
